Busbar Mat 600 x 1000mm with Magnet

The busbar mat with magnets is used to protect the end user from inadvertent contact with live parts whilst working on a switch board.

The design of the busbar mat with magnets reduces the time the end user needs to hang the bus bar mat to the switch board where previously they would have to find suitable locations for clips to ensure that they do not slide off or impede their work area.

Potentially if clips or removable fastening devices are used they could come loose/detach and fall into the work area and create an unsafe environment.
The magnets are fastened to the mat with a stainless steel dome nut and washer with a strip of flexible PVC to ensure the magnets do not tear through the busbar mat. This takes away the risk of them detaching from the bus bar mat. The end user does not need to add other fastening devices. The flexible PVC strip allows the magnets to be placed on level surfaces or where there is different levels for the magnets to be secured. This ensures that the end user is protected with the best coverage available.
