New Addition: 63mm Heavy Duty Orange Corrugated Conduit Joins the Tripac Range

Cabac is expanding the Tripac corrugated conduit range with the release of a new 63mm Heavy Duty Orange Corrugated Conduit, available from 25th April 2025.

This addition responds to increasing demand for larger conduit sizes in underground and in-slab electrical installations. The existing Tripac range covers medium duty grey, heavy duty orange, solar grey, and white comms conduit. With the introduction of the 63mm size, specifiers and installers now have additional flexibility for civil, commercial, and residential projects requiring higher cable capacity.

Tripac’s heavy duty orange conduit range previously extended to 50mm. As larger cable bundles and higher current requirements become more common, there is a need for larger conduit options that maintain mechanical strength and installation flexibility.

The 63mm conduit is suitable for:

• Larger capacity underground electrical installations
• Applications where future cable upgrades are anticipated
• Projects that require reduced cable congestion and improved airflow

Tripac’s corrugated conduit range is BEP certified, meeting the Best Environmental Practice PVC requirements under the Green Building Council of Australia framework. This certification supports environmentally responsible construction without compromising product performance or compliance.
