Coloured Cable Ties

These ties are used mostly for identification, and are exactly the same as the standard CABAC ties, except that they are made from coloured nylon. Typical uses are:

• Use ties of a colour to tie a cable to act as identification Typically all power cables are tied with a red tie, and data with blue
• Use coloured ties to denote the inspection status of extension leads etc.
• Use as security ties, with differing levels of security denoted by the colour
